How Auto Location Works

How Auto Location Works

Geoplan's Auto Configuration technology enables fixed UWB modules to communicate with one another,
calculate distances, and automatically form a unified location network without any manual setup.

Once powered on, each module autonomously establishes connections and builds a distance-based network, ultimately providing accurate indoor location data. Precise spatial coordinates are generated without the need for manual calibration or coordinate input, allowing rapid and effortless deployment of RTLS infrastructure.

A central control app issues connection commands and manages devices.

The gateway initiates a CBR session and automatically broadcasts its unique ID
to nearby devices.

CBR : The gateway scans for nearby PV modules and gathers distance metrics such as ID and RSSI.

DS-TWR : Performs bidirectional ranging with each module while maintaining reliable real‑time data links.
